Service information & help
A plain-language guide for prospective and current customers of our done-for-you lead- recovery service for U.S. med spas, cosmetic dental practices, and other high-ticket local- service businesses.
Before we scope work
What an enquiry asks for
An enquiry captures a reply email and a free-text request. It may also include your business type, U.S. locations, the lead sources you use, the tools involved, whether access is available, and which workflows interest you.
- Lead sources: website forms, SMS/text, Facebook, phone calls, paid ads, referrals, or other sources.
- Tools and access: messaging, CRM, lead-source, and scheduling tools, plus whether access is available.
- Response and booking: 24/7 replies, lead qualification, and appointment booking.
- Follow-up: 30–90-day follow-up, old-lead or no-show reactivation, owner reporting, and staff handoffs.
This is scoping information only. An enquiry does not confirm that a tool is compatible, book an appointment, activate a workflow, or create a quote, job, service agreement, or completed installation. Do not enter passwords, tokens, or API keys.
Work is agreed case by case
Workflows the service can include
Depending on the scoping discussion and quote, work may include instant 24/7 replies to agreed website, SMS, or Facebook leads; qualification and appointment booking; persistent follow-up for 30–90 days; old-lead and no-show reactivation; staff handoffs; and an owner dashboard for appointments and recovered revenue.
Your scoping discussion and quote determine which workflows and systems are included. Requested interests are not a confirmation of delivery, and forecasts are not achieved results.
Your quote is specific to its version
Review the exact quote you received
Each quote version records its own deliverables, exclusions, timing, total, any setup fee, any monthly retainer per location, any per-booked-appointment or recovered-revenue upside and its terms, payment instructions, cancellation terms, continuation commitment, expiry when set, and your response to that version.
Use the exact quote version to check your scope, price, payment, continuation, and cancellation terms. Accepting records your agreement to that version; it does not make a payment. The terms in your quote apply to your engagement.
For current customers
What an accepted job shows
An accepted job stays tied to the quote version you accepted. Its private view shows that version’s scope and cancellation terms, the job status and next action, staff and customer requests and replies, any delivery record and file or link artifacts, and recorded review, revision, or maintenance follow-ups.
This general page explains the record categories only; it does not show any customer-specific quote or job information.
